Applications fail to time in Vista with UAC off

MetriQ is an elevated application requiring administrator rights to run.
When you first log into Windows Vista, you log in as a non-administrator and only when administrator rights are required to run an application does the correct Vista prompt come up. It's only at this point if you are an administrator can you agree to run the application elevated.

If however you've turned off UAC, no elevation prompt is run. As such, when you run MetriQ you are doing so in using non-administrative rights, and as such MetriQ will fail to time.

In essence, when running MetriQ in Vista UAC must be turned on.
