How can I time a phone call or other non computer based task?
For non-computer based tasks, such as phone calls, we recommend you use the permissive time controller called iTime. When the phone rings, just press the iTime button. When the phone call has finished, select the User Folder representing the client you have just been speaking to. You will also be asked to select or create a new Timed Event Icon to hold the time you've just logged.
All time recorded while you were on the telephone will now be shown on the User Folder you selected.
