Why is my Overtime rate lower than my Ordinary Rate for a sub-task on the Invoice?
MetriQ calculates the overall rate by dividing the total $ by the total number of
hours worked. This means that an 'average' cost is shown on the invoice relative
to who worked how long, and at what billing rate.
