MetriQ KB

Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger – how can I have IM Sessions logged in metriQ without having to logout and log back into the application while moving between folders?

1.       Add the Messenger icon to any User Folder, then open it.

2.         Move to another Sub-Task and go back into the Messenger window.

3.         Click duplicate icon. The Messenger icon will now be added to the new          Sub-Task.

4.         Continue using Messenger and timing will automatically resume in the   new Sub-Task.

5.      On closing Messenger, MetriQ will also try to add the Internet Explorer icon, as the two software programs work together, and this is normal.
