Why is a Staff member shown as logged in when the are not?
If the machine running MetriQ or the
RDBMS server crashes while a user is logged on, it is possible for that
user to have a logged on status. When the machine is rebooted, it will
seem as if the user is still logged on. To correct this, the user with
this condition should log on and off again, and the status will
be cleared.
