Does MetriQ spy on me?

No. MetriQ is a pro-active software without a stealth mode. Only when you open MetriQ and activate a timing agent will timing begin. If you wish to use software without being timed, open that application from Windows in the normal way. MetriQ will not snoop on your daily activities in any way.
