To fix this problem you can either:
1. Logon to the computer as administrator, and setup the connection parameters before users with limited privileges logon
or
2. Change the security settings on the Documents and Settings > All Users.WINNT > Application Data > MetriQ folder. To do this, logon to the computer as an Administrator. Open Explorer and navigate to the above folder.
Right click on the folder and choose Properties. Select the Security Tab. Select the Users Group, and check the Write option in the allow column. Press Apply and close the window. You should now be able to logon as a User and access the connection parameters for MetriQ.
