What is the measure for units eg minutes?

MetriQ can records all of its time in seconds. However, you can choose to view your data either in units, or in h:m:s second format.

For units, the default measure is 6 minutes/unit, giving a total of 10 units/hour. However, you can change this value by choosing Settings/Options from the main MetriQ window.
