My charge-out rates have gone up. What do I do?

If you don't care about how changing your roles will effect costs already invoiced to your clients, then just change the charge-out rate for each role. However, if a historical context is necessary, then simply create a new Role with your new billing rate, and associate this role with each folder.

So for example, if you had the role Manager, charged out at $150/hour you would either edit this directly, say to $170/hour, or create a new Role, perhaps Manager 08, with the new $170/hour pay rate.

Hint: Use the block assignment to change the role for staff across a folder and all its sub-folders.
