If you've forgotten you user password or you've changed yourself from a full privileged user into a limited user, then the chances are you may need to access the staff database so you can modify your password.
To do this, first select the Security Menu option and un-check remember password (if checked). Then leave MetriQ. Re-launch MetriQ, except this time when the logon screen appears, hit the escape key to dismiss this window. MetriQ will then open in administrator mode, with the Staff Database accessible, ready for you to update your password.
Note: Its for this reason we recommend you password protect the staff database (see online help on how to do this).
