If you are a 'Limited' User, your administrator must do the assignment for you using the Block Assignment Tool (right click on an existing folder or anywhere in the Timing Folder tree view for assignment to all folders).
If however you have full administrative rights, MetriQ will prompt you for your role as and when needed - usually the very first time you time within a folder.
