Client Folders:
Timing the applications and documents you use is only part of the requirement necessary in any quality time-capture software. Equally important is to know which Client and which Activity your valuable timing data is to be attributed to. And because every business is uniquely different, MetriQ uses Folders and Sub-folders to represent the structure used by your organisation.
You can use folders to describe each of your Clients, their Tasks and Activities. And because Folders are used to hold your timing Icons, whatever the naming structure you employ, MetriQ will ensure timing data is always recorded against the correct billable entity.
With Folders, you can add as many levels of business structure as you require, and because each folder can hold any number of Timing Icons, MetriQ also serves as as Document Manager - reducing your navigation time to find the files you want to use and time.
