What is MetriQ?
A simple overview
MetriQ is not a time sheet software product. It doesn’t use time sheets at all, and yet it can time your work to the nearest second. Every time you open up a Web browser, or Word or indeed any application from your computer, MetriQ can time, if you choose.
MetriQ is a new type of software that integrates tightly with the Windows operating system, allowing it to track all the time used by different software applications, while accrued time is allocated to chosen Client Project task or sub-task folders. And because you have to logon to use MetriQ, and your billing rate on different folders is known, MetriQ is able to show in real-time actual project costs against budgets and forecasted end dates.
Wasteful time sheets.
Money down the drain!
Did you know that just 10 minutes of your time per day completing an electronic manual entry time sheet wastes 40 hours of billable often chargeable time a year? That’s a 2% loss in productivity just there! And if your staff complete a time sheet at the end of the day, will they remember those 3 minute telephone conversations, or co-worker interruptions or the hour and half per day the average smoker spends outside taking a smoko. Just how important is accurate time tracking to your business? – or if you prefer, just how much time is being wasted in your organization that you simply don’t know about, and really can’t afford?
