Moving an Timing Icon to a different User Folder

To move an icon from one folder to another, right click the mouse over the icon you wish to move. Select Cut Icon and move to the target folder. Either, in the User Folder Panel or a User Folder displayed in the Folder view, right click the mouse and choose Paste Icon.

Note: Instead of moving the Icon within MetriQ, you can elect to move just the time (see also Moving Time). In addition, icons CAN ONLY be moved to another User Folder and not to a regular folder (see also Folder Overview).

Dragging Icons to a different User Folder: Icons can only be dragged to a different User Folder while in ListView Mode. To enter ListView mode, select the panel that holds your icons, and right click your mouse and a context menu will open. Choose Details to show icons in ListView mode. You can now drag/drop your icons across different folders.

In MetriQ, when in large Icon display format, you can both copy and move an icon from one User Folder to another. In Small, List and Detail display format, you can copy/cut and paste more than one icon and in addition drag and drop icons from one folder to another (see also Overview).
