Logging Onto MetriQ

Before logging on, MetriQ itself should already installed (see Installing MetriQ) and your desktop and/or Start menu should display the MetriQ icon as shown in Figure 1. If not, you can also find the MetriQ executable by going directly to the folder you specified at install.

Note: MetriQ comes with a single user Guest ready for you to try. The password for this user is also Guest. Capitalization IS important. When you log on using Guest, you will have access to the demonstration folder, created as an example.

To open MetriQ: Look for the MetriQ Icon, and double click to start MetriQ.

When MetriQ first opens, you will be asked for your username and password. Check the remember password tick-box if you would like to skip this screen next time you start MetriQ.

If your password was successfully, MetriQ will log you on and you are ready to work. If not, then you should check your MetriQ administrator to verify that you have been added to the staff database and that your username and password is correct.
