Note: the term the "target software package" refers to the type of plugin used. So if you are using Accountants Office, the target software package will refer to Accountants Office.

Time Away

Use the screen to post Time Away time. You can elect to post All or part of the collected Time Away value to a different Client/Job and or work code. This screen is available from both the Postmaster and the Time Away screen that pops up when there is no activity on the computers mouse and keyboard.

A warning message will appear if you try to close MetriQ with an outstanding balance of a Time Away value beyond "Allow Time Away Allowance" set in the Plugin options. A value less than this threshold will be deleted and ignored.

	Post data collects all timing data for the named Client, Job and Work code. When a record has been posted, the time value is reset to zero and a new Unit begins. Consolidate Daily Posts option checked (see also Plug-in Options) duplicate posts to the same client, job and work code on the same day are accumulated to one unit. See also the difference between posting as you go, or Preparing a record manually using the Control Panel. The Post Data and Notes buttons will only be enabled if there is timing data to post.
	Remarks: A free form notes field of 1000 characters. Searchable within the History tab of the Control Panel.
	Clear Time Away: Clear the Time Away value to zero.
