Note:
the term the "target software package" refers to the type
of plugin used. So if you are using Accountants Office, the target
software package will refer to Accountants Office. |
Use the Postmaster at the end of each
session to assign which Client, Job and Work code the collected time is
to be allocated to.
Note: Time sheet records
that have not yet been posted are considered "Unprepared". When
a client, job and work code are assigned to that time sheet and posted,
the record becomes "Prepared". When a prepared time sheet record
is committed to the target database, it becomes a "History"
time sheet record.

Post
Data:Post data collects all timing data for the named Client,
Job and Work code. When a record has been posted, the time value
is reset to zero and a new session begins.
Allow Discovery Work code Association
option checked (see also Plugin
Options) duplicate posts to the same client, job and
work code on the same day are accumulated to one value.

The Post Data and Notes buttons
will only be enabled if there is timing data to post. |

If there are no jobs, this field will be hidden. Jobs may also be

A list of work codes drawn from the target software package. |

Client Favorites: A favorite client
list relative only to the staff logged on. |

Work code Favorites:
A favorite work code list relative to the staff logged on and past
committed time sheet entries in the target software package. |
