Selecting Ddata to be Displayed and Exported

Staff: Choose to display timing data and costs relevant to a single staff or to All staff (by checking the All option).
Groups: Choose to display timing data for groups of staff (see Groups).
Type: Choose from Application/files and or Timed Events (see Timed Events).

Start/End Dates:

Select the date range for the data to be displayed.

Select a folder and press the target button. Note: MetriQ uses the ISO 8601 standard definition of a week. That is, a week is considered to start on a Monday and end on a Sunday.

Include Sub-folders: When checked, this option computes the totals of the selected folder and all its sub-folders. When unchecked, data relevant to the selected folder is shown.
Summarize by Folder: Group all records with the same Folder Name.
Summarize by Staff: Group all records for the same Staff.
Summarize by Icon: Group all records for the same Icon Title (Note: this filter uses Icon Title, not Icon Filename).

Icon Notes:

The Icon data display is itself split into two separate tabs - All Time and Icon Notes. If an individual icon has a notes section, then a green tick will appear in the tabbed header. Otherwise a red cross will indicate that icon has no notes.
