What is Workflow?
MetriQ offers the flexibility of observing the incremental steps taken
by a user as they move through the lifecycle of a folder. So for example,
do users start on task A, move through to task B and on to task C? Or
did they take a detour an move from task A to task N before going back
to task B? In other words, if the flow of work is of importance to your
organization, then this tab is where you report on this data.
Selection within this tab is either by staff,
All staff using the All checkbox or by Groups (see also Groups),
and Include Sub-Folders.
Workflow Selection Tab:

Folder View. |

in Summary Mode. |
| Date: |
Date this folder was opened and used. |
| Folder Path: |
The full folder path for the icon opened. |
Note: A record to the Workflow table
is only added when a user moves from one folder where an icon was open
to another different folder and starts timing.
Filtering:
| Include Sub-Folders: |
When checked MetriQ will display data for the selected folder and all sub-folders. When un-checked, MetriQ will display data for the selected folder only. |
| Start/End Dates: |
Select the date
range for the data to be displayed.
Target Dates: Use the target date button (and its
associated drop down menu) to quickly filter your timing data by
day, week or month (target automatically fills in the start and
end dates for you, depending on which day, week or month you select).
Select a folder and press the target button. Note: MetriQ
uses the ISO 8601 standard definition of a week. That is, a week
is considered to start on a Monday and end on a Sunday.
