MetriQ Lite is the single user edition of our automated time tracking software designed for individuals or small teams who wish to track their time as they go, but who do not require a centralised data repository to consolidate time and billing costs, reports and invoicing.

The MetriQ Lite license is a one off purchase that comes with 3 free Support Tokens and free minor upgrades and patches. Registration of new versions of MetriQ Lite require an upgrade fee. Additional Support Tokens can be purchased at any time.

Payment Options

• Annual License Payment: With the annual payment plan, there is a one off license fee payable for the fist year, with an annual renewal fee for each subsequent year. Each license comes with 10 free support tokens and free upgrades.
• Pay As You Go: All the benefits of MetriQ Professional but with a lower upfront cost. The quarterly payment plan for each license is payable in advance and comes with 3 free support tokens per quarter, and free upgrades.

Enterprise Subscription Agreement: Provides the same benefits as an Enterprise Agreement with lower upfront costs and additional flexibility.

Select Forward: Acquire software licenses and services by business unit while realising volume purchasing advantages as one organisation. The agreement never expires and again comes with unlimited support and upgrades.

Support Tokens:

MetriQ uses Support Tokens for all of its products through the use of email, telephone and web-based online support.

Each license option purchased comes free with a number of Support Tokens (depending on the license), and are accumulative, depending on the number of product licenses purchase. For example, a business that purchases 10 copies of MetriQ Professional (each license comes with 10 support Tokens) and will have a total of 50 Support Tokens to be used throughout the year.

Each support token has a duration of 5 whole minute blocks, and is a fixed cost based on our actual support costs. Support Tokens can be purchased for just $3.99 USD at any and are valid for 1 year. Purchase new Support Tokesn from here.

Deliverables:

• MetriQ Lite is available in Electronic Software Distribution (ESD)and Box product versions.
• All other MetriQ editions are available only as ESD versions.
• Shipping cost extra (depends on quantity and destination).
• For MetriQ Professional, please state if Terminal Server (Windows 2003, 2007 etc) or Citrix compliant installer is required.
