Roles
Roles are used to establish the charge-out rate for you and your staff, whereby each staff can be assigned to a different Role (and hence a different charge-out rate) for each folder that person uses. Roles include regular and overtime rates.
Staff Administration
MetriQ is a secure environment that staff must log onto in order to use. Staff can also be given 'Limited' access to many of MetriQ's administrative functionality. A variety of settings are available here to help you administrate your MetriQ environment.
Groups
Groups allow you to build teams of users across desperate departments, ready for reporting and invoicing.
