We have long recognized that software support is a critical factor for all organizations regardless of size. To this end we have formulated a simple no fuss support program to suit the individual and every business type from online help to on-site training with our professional accredited facilitators. You decide what's best for you, and we'll take care of the rest.
Regardless of the product type you puchase from MetriQ, each license comes with a number of free Support Tokens that can be redeemded for product support at any time. Support tokens are accumulative with resepect to the number of licenses purchased and can be topped up at any time. Read more on how to use and purchase support tokens here.
Nearly every screen within MetriQ has its own help page. Look for the Help Bubble within the software. Most pages are short and concise, explaining how to use the various functions of the software.

Another method of finding answers to questions you have about the MetriQ software is to use the Forum, where you can post new topics and questions, and read what others have posted on the same or different topics as yourself. This is a simple and yet effective way to answer questions you may have, as someone may have already traveled your way, and left sign posts for you to follow.

Email is probably the most used method of support for our software. We normally respond within 24 hours of being asked a question, sooner if we can. One advantage of being based in New Zealand, is we can often respond to your query before you've you sent it!
