Groups
Within MetriQ, you can organize staff into groups, ready for aggregation within the Reporting Section. This might be useful to you if you wish to know the amount of time a specific group of people spent working on a given Client or Project or how long they worked during the month of August across all Clients or Projects. Productivity Review Card Tool
The Review Card is used to show how individual productivity compares to the expected on a daily or weekly basis. This simple demonstration video shows you how to access the Review Card tool.

Staff Database Tool
The Staff Database is where you create (or import) your staff, so they can gain access to MetriQ. This is an important aspect of the MetriQ software as it the first level of security to prevent unauthorized people gaining access to your private data. The staff tool also helps you configure contractual staffing hours so overtime costs can be calculated, as well as limiting staff to specific administrative functionality (Limited Users). The staff database also comes with its own security lock to prevent unauthorized tampering.

Synchronization
MetriQ is designed to let you work away from your office network using Synchronization. When you disconnect from your office network, MetriQ will recognize you are working out of office and will store all of your time data locally. On return to your office environment MetriQ will prompt you to upload your time data back to the centralized server. This short video presentation will you show just how this is done.
