MetriQ® Training Programmes
MetriQ offers a range of training programmes depending on need, requirements and location. Our professional software trainers are expert in all aspects of the MetriQ Time Management software, and are fully accredited by us to ensure you and your staff are quickly brought up to speed as part of a change management schedule. Much of what we offer in our training programs can be found online with our self-tuition videos and comprehensive help pages.
However, we also offer training in-house, podcasts and online training events.
Programmes
- Level 1: Basic use of MetriQ for all users.
- Level 2: Intermediate for Administrators. MetriQ is richly features software, and this short unit will take MetriQ administrator through all of the basic administrative functionality and general housekeeping and includes: Staff/Client database administration. Staffing Roles and folder administration. Out of office synchronisation. Using the Observer, Review Card and Settings. Basic reporting.
- Level 3: Advanced for Administrators and Managers.
In this unit, some of the more advance features of MetriQ's reporting and charting functionality are explored in more depth and include:
Advanced Report configuration, use of pivot tables for data analysis and applied statistical functionality for graphing and chart creation.
